GREW Solar, India’s youngest and fastest-growing solar PV manufacturer, introduced its latest series of high-performance photovoltaic (PV) modules at RE+ 2025, North America’s largest clean energy trade event. The launch highlights India’s expanding role in delivering reliable, high-quality, and globally compliant solar solutions.
At the event, GREW Solar unveiled the ALL-BLACK Series, designed specifically for the U.S. rooftop market. These modules feature a sleek, modern design while offering proven efficiency across a range of weather conditions including sunshine, clouds, rain, snow, and hailstorms. Supported by a 25-year warranty, the ALL-BLACK modules offer homeowners a dependable, long-term energy solution. Additionally, GREW introduced the G2G M10 TOPCon Series, tailored for commercial and industrial (C&I) applications. With output reaching up to 590 Wp, these modules ensure consistent energy production in diverse environments.
Both product lines are compliant with the UFLPA (Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act), enabling smooth access to the U.S. market by meeting strict import criteria and reducing tariff or customs-related risks. Manufactured at GREW Solar’s advanced facility in India, each module is subjected to over 25 rigorous IEC in-house tests, including hail impact, mechanical load, and environmental stress assessments, ensuring globally trusted, high-efficiency products.
Currently operating a 3.0 GW PV module plant in Dudu (Jaipur), GREW Solar is set to expand its capacity to 11.0 GW. It is also establishing an 8.0 GW PV cell facility in Narmadapuram (MP), reinforcing India’s ambition to become a global leader in solar manufacturing.
Vinay Thadani, CEO & Director of GREW Solar, stated: “India’s achievement of 100 GW of module manufacturing capacity is a historic milestone, and GREW Solar is proud to contribute to this journey. Our recent launch in the U.S. market demonstrates that India can not only scale operations but also establish global standards for quality, reliability, and sustainability. With our dedicated R&D facility, we are confident in reaching many more milestones, enhancing efficiency, and moving toward backward integration by the end of 2026. By integrating advanced technology, rigorous quality controls, and compliance assurance, we are empowering global developers with the confidence required in today’s challenging environment.”
This product launch marks GREW Solar’s largest entry into the North American market to date. Engineered for compliance and optimized for performance, the new modules reflect India’s growing manufacturing capabilities and emphasize the country’s vital role in advancing the global clean energy transition. Following its participation at RE+ 2025, GREW Solar will showcase its full portfolio at Renewable Energy India (REI) 2025, the nation’s leading clean energy exhibition.
Supported by the Chiripal Group’s 52-year legacy of manufacturing excellence, GREW Solar has rapidly emerged as a key player in solar PV production since its inception in 2022. In its first year, the company launched M10 modules up to 550 Wp and commissioned 1.2 GW of PV module manufacturing in Dudu, Rajasthan.
By 2025, it scaled operations to 3.0 GW, offering high-efficiency M10 TOPCon modules up to 590 Wp. Expansion plans include increasing the Dudu plant’s capacity to 11.0 GW, making it one of India’s largest AI-powered, integrated solar PV manufacturing facilities, supported by an in-house R&D lab. GREW Solar is also building a 3.0 GW solar PV cell plant in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, with plans to scale it to 8.0 GW by 2026, enabling backward integration.
