Grew Solar, a renewable energy arm of Ahmedabad-based Chiripal Group, is set to establish a fully integrated solar module manufacturing plant in Madhya Pradesh with an investment of ₹3,000 crore. The facility, located in Narmadapuram near Bhopal, will cover 60 acres and have an annual production capacity of 3 GW, manufacturing ingots, wafers, and solar cells. Once operational, the plant is expected to generate employment for over 1,000 people in the region.
Currently, Grew Solar operates a 3 GW manufacturing unit in Jaipur, with an additional 5 GW capacity under development at Dudu, Jaipur. Upon completion, the Jaipur facility will reach a total capacity of 8 GW.
In addition to its Narmadapuram plant, GREW Solar has expanded production in Jaipur, Rajasthan, where its second unit is now operational. Designed to meet international standards, the Jaipur facility is set to achieve a total capacity of 8 GW, further solidifying the company’s position in the solar manufacturing sector.
