Grew Energy Private Limited, a prominent player in the solar photovoltaic (PV) module industry, has formed a strategic alliance with the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT Bombay) to advance research and development in photovoltaic technology. This partnership is aimed at enhancing innovation in solar cell and module manufacturing, as well as performance and reliability assessments.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two entities outlines a collaborative effort to push technological boundaries in the PV sector. This includes joint research projects, consultancy, and knowledge sharing, as well as internships and intellectual property licensing. The partnership will focus on key areas such as manufacturing processes, performance evaluation, reliability testing, and workforce training, all aimed at strengthening the renewable energy sector in India.
