GP Eco Solutions India, an integrated solar energy solutions provider based in Noida, has announced plans to establish manufacturing units in Madhya Pradesh for the production of 5 GW of solar panels and 2 GW of solar cells. The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the New and Renewable Energy Department of Madhya Pradesh during the Global Investment Summit – 2025 in Bhopal.
According to GP Eco Solutions, the MoU outlines the company’s intention to invest INR 1,000 crore by the end of the 2028 financial year. The investment will support the development of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for both solar panels and cells, contributing to the region’s solar power infrastructure.
While this MoU expresses the company’s commitment to the project, it also notes that further agreements and regulatory approvals will be sought as the initiative progresses. In addition to manufacturing, GP Eco Solutions offers a broad range of solar inverters and panels, and provides EPC services for both commercial and residential solar installations.
The company also offers operations and maintenance services for solar plants. Under its brand ‘Invergy,’ GP Eco sells hybrid solar inverters and lithium ferro phosphate batteries, and also manages its own supply chain to streamline the transition for customers. The company is also an authorized distributor of leading brands like Sungrow India, Saatvik Green Energy, and LONGi Solar Technology for solar panels in Northern India.
