Goodluck India Ltd has entered into a tripartite agreement with BrahMos Aerospace Thiruvananthapuram Ltd (BATL) and Axiscades Technologies Ltd to jointly participate in the bidding process for the Defence Research and Development Organisation’s (DRDO) Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA) project. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed on 30th September 2025, unites the technical and manufacturing strengths of the three companies to respond to the Expression of Interest (EoI) issued by DRDO’s Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA).

This partnership reflects the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat by combining expertise in engineering, systems integration, electronics, and defence manufacturing. Together, the consortium aims to strengthen India’s self-reliance in aerospace and contribute to the development of advanced combat platforms. The AMCA initiative, designed entirely by ADA, represents India’s first fifth-generation stealth fighter programme, incorporating advanced avionics, super-cruise capability, internal weapons carriage, and sophisticated electronic warfare systems.

Speaking on the collaboration, Mahesh Chandra Garg, Chairman of Goodluck India Ltd, said, “This alliance is a landmark development not just for Goodluck India but for the country’s aerospace ecosystem. By pooling our expertise with BATL and Axiscades, we are reinforcing our collective commitment to innovation, self-reliance, and national security. The AMCA programme stands as a symbol of India’s technological independence, and we are proud to be part of this journey.”
