Godrej Industries’ Chemicals Division has successfully completed the acquisition of the Food Additives Business from Savannah Surfactants Limited. This strategic move will allow the company to broaden its product range within the global Food & Beverages sector, strengthening its position in the oleochemicals, surfactants, specialties, and biotech industries.
