GMM Pfaudler Ltd, a leader in corrosion-resistant technologies, announced plans to establish a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Poland. The move comes after its German subsidiary, Pfaudler GmbH, signed an Investment and Shareholders’ Agreement on December 20 to acquire a 51% stake in a Polish limited liability company.
The newly acquired entity specializes in producing high-quality stainless-steel equipment, catering to the pharmaceutical and food industries. This acquisition strengthens GMM Pfaudler’s manufacturing capabilities and competitiveness across Europe while enhancing its global footprint.
An investment of PLN 12.2 million (approximately ₹25.3 crore) has been allocated for the facility, which will be funded through internal accruals.
