GlobalGyan Leadership Academy has partnered with ELGi Equipments, a global air compressor manufacturer based in Coimbatore, to launch a Business Acumen development program for its managers. This program aims to boost the leadership and strategic skills of ELGi’s managerial team.
In the first phase during 2024-25, the program will focus on key managerial skills such as strategic thinking, financial knowledge, customer focus, and market understanding. The four-month-long course, created by ELGi leaders and GlobalGyan faculty, will include in-person workshops, virtual sessions, self-paced learning, assignments, and assessments.
Throughout the year, the program will engage mid-level and mid-senior managers in various multi-functional groups. This will encourage peer-to-peer learning and the exchange of best practices.

The first cohort of the program recently started with a 2-day workshop in Coimbatore.
