The eighth edition of Global Industrie, held from March 30 to April 2, 2026, at Paris Nord Villepinte, concluded with record participation, reinforcing its position as one of Europe’s leading industrial events. The exhibition brought together 60,000 industry professionals and 8,000 young participants, marking a 12 percent increase compared to its 2024 edition.

Chaired by Nicolas Dufourcq, CEO of Bpifrance, the event served as a central platform for the French and European industrial ecosystem, uniting policymakers, business leaders, industry associations, and companies of all sizes. With participation from nine government ministers and international delegations, the event underscored the strategic importance of industry in driving economic growth and technological sovereignty.

Global Industrie 2026 featured over 2,300 exhibitors across 14 industrial sectors, representing 50 end-user industries. The exhibition showcased more than 3,000 machines in operation, alongside 240 conferences and 700 speakers, offering a comprehensive view of the latest advancements in manufacturing, digitalization, and sustainability.

Key themes included energy transition, digital transformation, and industrial innovation. The “La Grande Scène” platform hosted discussions on critical topics such as international expansion, technological breakthroughs, and talent development. The event also highlighted the growing convergence of industrial production with digital technologies, with dedicated spaces focusing on data, cloud computing, digital twins, 5G, and cybersecurity.

A strong emphasis was placed on sustainability and circular economy practices, reflecting the industry’s commitment to reducing environmental impact while maintaining competitiveness. Initiatives addressing recycling, resource efficiency, and supply chain optimization were prominently featured.

The event also played a key role in addressing the sector’s talent gap. With approximately 130,000 industrial jobs expected to be created in France in 2026, Global Industrie provided a platform to engage young talent and job seekers. The “GI Avenir” initiative, along with competitions such as Golden Tech and demonstrations by WorldSkills participants, offered hands-on exposure to careers in manufacturing and engineering.

International participation remained strong, with 25 percent of exhibitors representing 91 countries, further enhancing the event’s global relevance. The presence of industry leaders and policymakers facilitated cross-border collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Each year, Global Industrie attracts over 60,000 professionals, 2,500 exhibitors, 750 speakers, and thousands of operational machines. It stands as France’s largest industrial event and one of Europe’s top three, offering unmatched visibility for cutting-edge solutions and manufacturing excellence. More than an exhibition, it’s a rallying point for those shaping the industry’s future—an arena where voices are heard, solutions are shared, and the future of industrial France is imagined and built.
