GE Vernova T&D India Reports Strong Q1 FY26 Performance with Surge in Revenue and Profit

GE Vernova T&D India Limited has released its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The company reported robust growth across key financial indicators, reflecting sustained operational strength and strategic project execution.

For the April–June 2025 period, revenue rose to ₹13.3 billion, marking a 39% year-on-year growth from ₹9.6 billion in the same quarter last year. EBITDA also increased significantly to ₹3,876 million, representing 29.1% of revenue, compared to ₹1,822 million (19.0%) in Q1 FY25. Profit After Tax stood at ₹2,912 million (21.9%), up from ₹1,345 million (14.0%) the previous year. New order intake during the quarter reached ₹16.2 billion, a 57% jump from ₹10.3 billion year-on-year.

During Q1 FY26, the company secured several high-value projects. These include multiple orders from private TBCB developers for 765 kV transformers and reactors in Rajasthan and Gujarat, a 420 kV GIS supply order from Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd in Madhya Pradesh, and 420/245 kV GIS equipment for a private EPC contractor in Maharashtra. Additionally, the company won various domestic and international contracts for 765 kV AIS equipment and grid automation systems, with exports destined for Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

On the operational front, GE Vernova T&D India successfully commissioned a range of key infrastructure assets. This included 765 kV AIS and 400 kV GIS bays, adding 500 MVA of transformation capacity for PGCIL in Kotra. The company also added 1500 MVA ICT and 330 MVAR reactor capacity at Adani’s Khavda site. Total commissioned capacity across sites such as Doosan Jawaharpur, Aditya Aluminum Lapanga, and others surpassed 2,700 MVA.
