Garuda Aerospace Teams Up with Agrowing for AI Precision Agriculture Solutions

Drone maker Garuda Aerospace has partnered with Agrowing, a global leader in sensor imagery technology, to develop advanced multispectral AI-driven precision agriculture solutions in India. This collaboration aims to offer Indian farmers superior and affordable surveying options using Garuda’s Kisan drones, integrated with Agrowing’s cutting-edge sensors and patented remote and close imagery acquisition technology, according to a statement released by the company on Tuesday.

Garuda Aerospace CEO Agnishwar Jayaprakash expressed confidence in the partnership, noting that their strong presence in the agricultural drone market will be further reinforced. “This collaboration with Agrowing will enable us to expand our capabilities and offer enhanced solutions to farmers.”

He added, “Our Garuda Kisan drones, with this new technology, will help farmers detect stressed and outlying zones in their fields, providing high-resolution, leaf-level multispectral AI imagery. This will deliver actionable data, allowing for early-stage interventions to mitigate potential crop hazards.”

Agrowing CEO Ira Dvir said the partnership will play a vital role in boosting agricultural productivity. The new technology will enable precise monitoring and quantification of soil, plant health, water levels, and environmental conditions, contributing to improved crop management.
