This recognition places the company in the top 15% of those evaluated for their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts. EcoVadis, a renowned global sustainability assessment platform, evaluates over 130,000 companies across more than 220 industries in 180 countries. Its evaluation framework considers 21 criteria divided into four key themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
FPT received an overall score of 71/100, with particular strength in Ethics (80/100) and Sustainable Procurement (70/100). This reflects the company’s strong commitment to ethical practices, legal compliance, and responsible sourcing, particularly in the Japanese market. FPT’s adherence to its Code of Business Conduct and sustainable procurement policies ensures its operations meet global ESG standards and support sustainable growth.
