Exicom, India’s leading manufacturer of EV charging and critical power solutions, introduced its cutting-edge, renewable energy-powered charging solutions at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. Among the highlights was the Harmony Boost system, which integrates solar energy, grid power, and a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) with multiple dispensers (up to 400kW), offering a faster and greener EV charging experience for users in India. This innovative system aims to address the growing demand for high-power EV charging while tackling the limitations of grid infrastructure and boosting the use of renewable energy.

As India shifts toward renewable energy, the challenge of upgrading grid infrastructure to support high-power EV charging is a significant obstacle. Exicom’s BESS-integrated charging solutions offer an effective way to reduce reliance on the grid. The technology ensures that both solar and grid power are efficiently stored and managed, maximizing renewable energy usage for fast charging. This system not only meets the intermittent nature of solar energy but also optimizes peak grid demand management, enabling consistent fast charging up to 400kW per plug, while also offering cost efficiency to Charge Point Operators and enhancing the customer experience.

Exicom’s solution is equipped with advanced IP65-rated liquid-cooled batteries and power electronics, making it highly reliable and durable even in harsh conditions such as high dust, temperature fluctuations, and noise levels commonly found on highways. These features ensure lower operational and maintenance costs and extend the longevity of the system, making it a robust choice for India’s growing EV infrastructure.

Commenting on the solution, Anant Nahata, Managing Director of Exicom, emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting India’s transition to green mobility. He highlighted how Harmony Boost addresses the need for clean energy integration while also offering scalable and cost-effective solutions for load balancing and efficient charging.

Exicom continues to lead the charge in India’s EV revolution and aims to solve both current and future challenges for customers and the broader EV ecosystem. With this new offering, Exicom strengthens its role in the global EV charging landscape, having already installed over 1,50,000 chargers worldwide.
