Euro Panel Products Ltd, the parent company of EUROBOND and India’s only publicly listed manufacturer of metal cladding and Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP), has announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2025–26, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey. The company reported total revenue of ₹505.08 crore for FY26, reflecting a robust year-over-year growth of 19.3 percent compared to ₹423.19 crore in the previous fiscal. This achievement underscores Eurobond’s continued expansion and its successful transition toward operating at an international market scale.

The strong financial performance was closely aligned with a substantial increase in operational output. During the year, Eurobond recorded a 22.4 percent rise in production, manufacturing and delivering over 1.6 million sheets across domestic and global markets. This growth highlights the company’s enhanced manufacturing efficiency and its ability to meet rising demand across multiple geographies.

A key driver of this performance has been Eurobond’s strategic focus on backward integration and product innovation. Over the past year, the company expanded its portfolio of architectural façade solutions, introducing advanced materials designed to address evolving industry requirements. These include specialized metal cladding panels such as AluZn, Eurodual, and SolidAL, which cater to modern construction and design needs.

In parallel, Eurobond strengthened its market presence through targeted geographic expansion. Within India, the company enhanced customer engagement by establishing dedicated experience centres, enabling architects, developers, and partners to interact directly with its product offerings.

Internationally, Eurobond made significant strides by entering new markets and strengthening its global footprint. The company established a wholly owned subsidiary in Qatar to anchor its Middle East operations, while also building a brand-led distribution network across Europe to provide localized support and streamline business operations.

Commenting on the company’s performance, Divyam Shah, Whole Time Director at Euro Panel Products Ltd, said, “Crossing ₹500 crore is a meaningful milestone, but the real achievement lies in the scale of execution—over 1.6 million sheets manufactured, shipped, and installed across diverse markets. Our growth has been driven by a focus on building stronger systems, integrating our supply chain, and expanding our product range at the right time. Innovations like AluZn, Eurodual, and SolidAL were developed to address clear gaps in the architectural segment. As we move forward, we are focused on scaling capacity, entering new geographies, and strengthening our international presence.”

Building on this momentum, Eurobond is targeting sustained double-digit growth in the coming fiscal years. The company’s near-term strategy includes further capacity expansion, increased market penetration through its international subsidiaries, and the strengthening of its export operations. Additionally, as part of its domestic growth roadmap, Eurobond plans to incorporate a new subsidiary in India, reinforcing its position as a comprehensive cladding solutions provider.

Founded in 2002, Euro Panel Products Ltd is a pioneer in India’s metal cladding and architectural façade industry and is currently entering its 25th year of operations. The company operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Umbergaon, Gujarat, with an installed annual production capacity of 10 million square meters.

Recognized as a One-Star Export House by the Government of India, Eurobond exports its products to over 16 countries across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The company further strengthened its corporate standing by becoming the first Indian manufacturer in its segment to be listed on both the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange, reflecting its commitment to transparency, growth, and global competitiveness.
