Euler Motors, an electric commercial vehicle manufacturer, inaugurated a new manufacturing and research facility in Palwal, Haryana. Established with an investment of Rs 100 crore, the facility spans 5 lakh square feet and has the capacity to produce 36,000 vehicles annually.

This plant is set to become the company’s national manufacturing hub, meeting the growing demand for its three-wheeler electric vehicles. The company plans to expand its operations from 26 cities to 40 by the 2024-25 fiscal year.

“Our new factory marks a significant advancement in the production of commercial three-wheeler EVs. It will boost our production capabilities and enable us to deliver locally manufactured vehicles tailored to the evolving needs of our customers and the industry,” said Gaurav Kumar, head of supply chain and manufacturing at Euler Motors.

The plant features an automated assembly line managed by a proprietary manufacturing execution system (MES), which enhances production efficiency by tracking vehicles from assembly to delivery. A dedicated learning and development center on-site aims to equip the workforce with essential skills, creating job opportunities in the region.

Currently, the facility employs over 500 people, with women making up 20 percent of the workforce. Saurav Kumar, Founder and CEO of Euler Motors, emphasized the importance of local production and innovation in transforming India’s mobility sector. He noted that Palwal’s strong supplier network makes it an ideal location for the company’s growth

“As we expand into new markets and target a 15 percent growth in FY25, this facility will help us meet increased customer demand and adapt to changes in processes and products with agility and flexibility,” he added.
