Trilux L5 category passenger E3Ws feature a 7.37 kWh capacity lithium-ion battery and has a maximum speed of 45 kmph. The battery charges to 100% in about 3.5 hours, offering an approximate range of 100 km on a single charge. Additionally, the E3Ws come equipped with industry-first safety features such as driver and passenger seat belts and a topple-free design

According to Pavan Chavali, Managing Director and CEO of ETO Motors, The initiative aligns with India’s net-zero pledge and the transition to electric mobility. He added that last-mile connectivity remains a key area, especially as the Delhi Metro gradually regains its pre-pandemic ridership levels.

In partnership with several organizations, ETO Motors aims to train 200 women drivers in Delhi and help them get certified. These organizations comprise the Transport Department of Delhi, GMR Varalakshmi Foundation, School of Driving & Training Institute, Burari (DTI), and Institute of Driving and Traffic Research (IDTR). They intends to establish 5,000 charge point stations across Delhi in 12 months under the Single Window Delhi EV policy.
