Erisha E Mobility, the electric vehicle arm of Rana Group, has announced a strategic partnership with a UAE-based investor, securing a $1 billion investment. This funding will support the company’s expansion plans in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the USA, Europe, and several African nations, while also strengthening its operations in India.
Currently, the company produces and sells electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers, with plans to broaden its product lineup to include e-cargo vehicles, municipal electric dump trucks, electric commercial vehicles, buses, and hydrogen fuel cell buses. In addition, Erisha E Mobility has partnered with China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Co. (CCEED), a subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering (CSCEC), as the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractor for its Smart Manufacturing Hub in the UAE. This collaboration is set to expand to larger projects in other regions.

The proposed manufacturing hub will focus on electric and hydrogen vehicles, components for hydrogen production, renewable energy technologies, eVTOL, and semiconductor manufacturing. The hub will also integrate a diverse range of facilities, including industrial, residential, commercial, and institutional spaces such as educational institutions, hospitals, shopping complexes, warehouses, office spaces, community centers, and financial institutions.
