During data entry, users can view both their local database and relevant devices from the Data Portal, facilitating device selection and importation with a few clicks.

When transferring items from the Data Portal to eStock, the software generates a draft version, ensuring that approved device data is not automatically overwritten. Users can review, add data, and make changes before actively confirming and using the device in a project. With the direct integration to the Eplan Data Portal, users benefit from access to a collection of device datasets, continually updated by component manufacturers.

The system optimizes data download efficiency by only retrieving changes made since the last access, resulting in faster data access. Additionally, the Eplan Platform 2024 enables users to switch between a local database and an eStock collection in the Eplan Cloud, enhancing overall performance and user experience.

Company’s eStock’s cloud-based device data management system promotes better cross-departmental collaboration, placing data sovereignty in the hands of the company or user.
