At Elecrama 2025, Envalior, a global leader in advanced engineering materials, presented its latest innovations focused on sustainability, safety, and efficiency. Held at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, the event allowed Envalior to highlight its cutting-edge thermoplastic solutions for the growing electrical and electronics industry in India.

The country’s electronics sector is experiencing rapid growth, with projections indicating it will reach a production value of USD 500 billion by 2030. Envalior is committed to supporting this expansion by offering high-performance, sustainable materials tailored to meet the specific needs of the Indian market.

During the exhibition, Envalior displayed an array of materials designed to address the evolving demands of electrical applications. These materials provide excellent electrical insulation, flame retardancy, and mechanical strength, all while meeting industry standards and promoting sustainability. Envalior’s solutions incorporate bio-based and recycled content, aligning with global sustainability targets through eco-friendly and biomass-balanced methods.

Nileshkumar Kukalyekar, Business Director – South Asia, Middle East & Africa at Envalior, remarked, “The electrical and electronics industries are rapidly changing, with sustainability and performance at the forefront. At Envalior, we are committed to delivering innovative materials that improve energy efficiency and safety, while supporting our customers’ environmental goals.” He added, “Elecrama 2025 has been a great opportunity to engage with industry leaders and showcase how our thermoplastic solutions tackle the challenges of modern engineering.”

Envalior featured advanced thermoplastics suitable for applications such as circuit breakers, connectors, enclosures, e-mobility components, and power distribution systems. Key materials included ForTii®, a high-temperature polyphthalamide (PPA) known for its dielectric strength and chemical resistance, and Stanyl®, a high-performance polyamide (PA46) recognized for its exceptional thermal stability. The company also highlighted EcoPaXX®, a bio-based polyamide (PA410) known for its mechanical strength, and Xytron™, a flame-retardant polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), along with Arnitel®, a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE-E) valued for its flexibility in cable and insulation applications. Other featured materials included Arnite®, Durethan® A & B, and Pocan®, which are known for their flame-retardant and hydrolysis-resistant properties.

As the industry shifts towards lightweight, high-performance, and sustainable materials, Envalior’s solutions offer a strong alternative to traditional materials. These thermoplastics enable miniaturization, enhance durability, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce dependence on halogen-based flame retardants, all while improving recyclability.

Envalior’s dedication to sustainability is reflected in its ambitious goals, such as achieving 100% renewable electricity by 2030 and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The company provides a diverse portfolio of bio-based and recycled materials, contributing to a more sustainable supply chain. Through the integration of eco-friendly solutions and renewable energy initiatives, Envalior aligns its operations with global efforts to tackle climate change and promote environmental stewardship.
