Embassy Office Parks REIT (Embassy REIT), India’s first listed REIT and the largest office REIT in Asia by area, has pledged an investment of ₹100 crore to support Bengaluru’s Metro ORR Project. This investment will fund the construction of the Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station on the Outer Ring Road (ORR), which will be named “Embassy TechVillageKadubeesanahalli Metro Station” for the next 30 years.
On February 28, 2025, Embassy REIT and the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) signed a definitive agreement to develop this metro station, part of the larger Metro ORR Project. This significant infrastructure project spans 17 km from Central Silk Board Junction to K.R. Puram, featuring 16 stations that will improve connectivity to major business districts, including the Embassy TechVillage business park.
