Egis, a global leader in architectural, consulting, construction engineering, operations, and maintenance services, has appointed Frederico Justus as the new Chief Executive Officer for the Middle East and South Asia. This appointment is part of a wider restructuring initiative under the company’s Impact the Future plan, aimed at positioning Egis among the top 10 construction engineering firms worldwide and doubling its revenue by 2029.
Laurent Germain, CEO of Egis Group, commented, “As the global demand for sustainable and digitally enabled infrastructure grows, Egis is well-positioned to lead at every stage of development. Our goal is to be at the forefront of this transformation, particularly in regions like the Middle East and South Asia, where national ambitions and rapid development are aligning on an unprecedented scale.” Germain also acknowledged the remarkable five-year leadership of Alaa Abusiam in the region, which has laid a strong foundation for Egis’ future success. Abusiam will now take on a key leadership role in the Americas.
Looking ahead, Germain expressed confidence in Justus’s leadership, saying, “Frederico’s extensive operational expertise, strategic vision, and global outlook will be crucial in enhancing Egis’s presence in the region and delivering integrated value to our clients and communities.”
