ECOVACS, a global pioneer in service robotics, introduced its latest innovations at IFA 2025, marking a new chapter in smart home living. David Cheng Qian, Vice Chairman of ECOVACS Group and CEO of ECOVACS ROBOTICS, showcased the company’s cutting-edge advances in versatile cleaning solutions.

The highlight was the revolutionary DEEBOT X11 — the world’s first robotic vacuum cleaner featuring PowerBoost Technology for uninterrupted operation — demonstrating ECOVACS’ commitment to the future of home cleaning. Alongside this flagship product, ECOVACS unveiled a new robotic pool cleaner, the ULTRAMARINE, expanding its presence into new household environments.

“Guided by our mission of ‘Robotics for All,’ we focus on creating technologies that truly enhance daily life,” said David Cheng Qian. “From our vacuum robots to a broader variety of home solutions, each innovation responds to real user needs. We envision smart homes that offer seamless, proactive services powered by invisible technology. Leveraging our strong supply chain, we will keep pushing forward innovations that deliver unique and lasting value.”

At IFA 2025, ECOVACS revealed the DEEBOT X11, the first robotic vacuum cleaner equipped with PowerBoost Technology, providing the most powerful cleaning performance in the company’s history. This technology redefines battery charging by utilizing short recharging intervals and intelligent power management. It can recover 6% battery capacity in just three minutes during regular mop-cleaning pauses, enabling flexible, ongoing operation with continuous cleaning coverage of up to 1,000 m² in one session. This advancement breaks traditional limits where runtime was bound by battery size, opening a new era of perpetual cleaning.

Upgraded OZMO ROLLER 2.0 technology combined with TruEdge 3.0 enhances the X11’s precision and cleaning strength. The improved high-density nylon mop roller, exerting 3,800Pa of pressure at 200 rpm, effortlessly removes tough stains without leaving streaks or dirty water marks. TruEdge 3.0 Extreme Edge Cleaning Technology ensures thorough edge and corner cleaning with an extended reach of 1.5 cm. Since its debut on the X8 model, OZMO ROLLER technology has set new standards in deep cleaning, with nearly 1.5 million units sold worldwide.

ECOVACS introduced its first OmniCyclone Station, integrating PureCyclone 2.0 Auto-Empty Technology directly into the OMNI Station — a world-first design. This bagless system eliminates the need for disposable dust bags, potentially saving up to 2 million bags each year. It reduces costs for users while making daily cleaning more efficient and eco-friendly.

The DEEBOT X11 debuts AGENT YIKO, a fully autonomous home assistant that moves beyond basic voice commands. It performs complex analyses of spatial layouts and user preferences to deliver truly independent and intelligent cleaning, marking a significant advancement in robotic home management.

ECOVACS continues to dominate the market, holding the No. 1 position in China’s robotic vacuum segment for ten consecutive years. The brand recently joined the Matter ecosystem and earned “Diamond” level IoT security certification from UL Solutions, ensuring secure and smooth cross-platform connectivity. In a strategic partnership with BSH, ECOVACS co-developed the world’s first built-in vacuum and mop robot, combining the expertise of both companies to offer innovative, smart floor cleaning solutions and pioneer a new category in service robotics.

At IFA 2025, ECOVACS also introduced ULTRAMARINE, its first robotic pool cleaner. Designed with multiple rolling brushes, powerful suction, and various cleaning modes, it incorporates advanced positioning, obstacle avoidance, and navigation technologies. This launch enhances ECOVACS’ outdoor robotics portfolio and signifies a milestone in creating a comprehensive lineup of household service robots.

ECOVACS’ robotic window cleaner, WINBOT, has reshaped consumer expectations and created a new product category. WINBOT sales surpassed USD 100 million in 2024, driven by strong demand in China and Europe. At IFA, the company showcased the WINBOT W2S and W2S OMNI models, both featuring TruEdge Technology and WIN-SLAM 4.0 for improved cleaning paths, with official launches planned soon. The compact WINBOT MINI, combining a slim design and powerful cleaning, is already available for flexible window maintenance.

The GOAT robotic lawn mower is also gaining traction internationally, with 2024 sales and revenue overseas increasing by 271.7% and 186.7%, respectively. The GOAT A3000 LiDAR model, displayed at IFA, features the 32V Energetic Platform with dual blades and LiDAR navigation, delivering high-efficiency mowing and smart obstacle avoidance.

Both the DEEBOT X11 and GOAT A3000 LiDAR have received TÜV Rheinland EN 18031 RED-DA certification, a European standard ensuring enhanced safety and performance for wireless devices. This recognition underscores ECOVACS’ dedication to cybersecurity and protecting user data, offering a secure smart home experience.

In 2024, ECOVACS invested approximately USD 123 million in research and development, a 7.3% increase from the previous year. In July 2025, the company announced plans to invest around USD 27.8 million to establish a local manufacturing facility for core components and robot bodies, advancing its capabilities in embodied intelligence. ECOVACS continues to maintain a fully integrated technology stack — including batteries, motors, cleaning systems, and AI — that powers its leading product lines like DEEBOT, WINBOT, GOAT, and its expanding multi-scenario portfolio.
