Ecoclean has expanded its EcoCcompact product range with the introduction of L and XL models, catering to the diverse cleaning requirements of various industrial sectors. Designed for batch weights up to 150 kg and equipped with three working chamber sizes, these systems deliver tailored cleaning performance and capacity while ensuring operational efficiency. The compact, plug-and-play units also offer seamless adaptability, allowing easy conversion between hydrocarbon and modified alcohol solvents without modifications.
The EcoCcompact L and XL variants are tailored for industries handling cast, machined, stamped, bent, and other precision components. These systems meet increasingly stringent cleanliness standards for particulate and film contaminants while accommodating high throughput demands. The L version features a working chamber size of 650 mm, while the XL offers 750 mm, with batch dimensions of 650 x 470 x 300 mm and 650 x 470 x 400 mm, respectively.
Both systems utilize frequency-controlled flood pumps for efficient filling and emptying, delivering a high mechanical cleaning effect during injection flood washing. Additional options, such as frequency-controlled rotary drives for part rotation and advanced cleaning processes like ultrasonic cleaning and pulsated pressure cleaning (PPC), further enhance their capabilities.
The increased distillate output of up to 180 liters per hour and integrated continuous oil discharge improve overall cleaning efficiency and reduce maintenance. Vertical integration of flood tanks minimizes sump formation and dirt accumulation, extending bath life and lowering operational costs.
The EcoCcompact systems stand out for their energy-efficient design. Recovered heat from the distillation process is used to warm additional flood tanks, optimizing energy consumption. These systems are also environmentally friendly, supporting solvent-based cleaning where water usage and wastewater disposal are tightly regulated. Despite their enhanced capabilities, the L and XL models maintain a compact footprint, measuring 4,100 x 1,900 x 2,650 mm and 4,400 x 2,100 x 2,655 mm, respectively. The systems can also accommodate an additional third flood tank without increasing their installation area, ensuring scalability to meet growing operational demands.
