Dynamatic Technologies Limited has partnered with Aequs, a leading manufacturing firm, to produce intricate door components for the Airbus A220 aircraft. The collaboration involves a five-year contract under which Aequs will manufacture over 200 precision parts using advanced tools, forgings, machining, and surface treatments.
This agreement strengthens the existing strategic partnership between the two companies, with Dynamatic Technologies emphasizing the importance of leveraging Aequs’ capabilities to enhance India’s aerospace manufacturing ecosystem. Earlier this year, Dynamatic Technologies secured a contract from Airbus to produce all the doors for its narrowbody A220 aircraft, including components for detailed parts. This arrangement has created downstream opportunities for Indian suppliers, further integrating the country into the global aerospace supply chain.
