The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) has announced a partnership with Stride Ventures, a leading venture debt firm, to enhance funding opportunities for high-potential start-ups. This collaboration aims to create significant growth avenues by combining financial support with strategic mentorship and market access.

Joint Secretary Sanjiv highlighted that Stride Ventures will design specialized programs and participate in initiatives like the Bharat Grand Challenge to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment. Ishpreet Singh Gandhi, Founder and Managing Partner of Stride Ventures, emphasized the firm’s billion-dollar commitment to empowering start-ups, reaffirming its dedication to strengthening India’s entrepreneurial landscape.

As part of the partnership, Stride Ventures will focus on identifying and supporting high-growth start-ups with funding, market access, and policy assistance. The initiative also prioritizes start-ups from tier-2 and tier-3 cities, offering tailored guidance, mentorship, and access to a global network of experts to accelerate their growth.
