DHL has named Tay Yi Ning as the new Head of the Asia Pacific Innovation Centre in Singapore. Yi Ning aims to enhance the center’s reputation as a pioneer in logistics solutions and customer focus. She oversees a team committed to promoting innovation in customer interactions and facilitating dialogue between solution providers and startups.

Yi Ning is a familiar face at DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation (CSI). She embarked on her DHL journey in 2008, joining the technology business development team at DHL Global Forwarding. Transitioning to the DHL CSI team in 2015, Yi Ning assumed the role of Regional Customer Director for the technology sector. Here, she supported highly strategic customers until her most recent appointment.
