Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd, an infrastructure-focused company, announced on Saturday that it is establishing a fully owned subsidiary to enter the solar energy and renewable power sectors. The new entity, named Dharan Infra Solar Pvt Ltd, will be dedicated to the design, development, and implementation of solar modules and hybrid energy systems.

Dharan Infra Solar will engage in a broad range of activities, from the manufacturing and design of renewable energy modules, cells, and accessories to their ongoing development and enhancement. The subsidiary is also set to offer comprehensive solutions for solar power projects, providing end-to-end services for clients in the renewable energy space.

This strategic expansion into the green energy sector aligns with the company’s goal of strengthening its position in the renewable energy and infrastructure markets. The move follows the company’s rebranding from KBC Global Ltd to Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd as part of a broader focus on infrastructure and EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) projects. Dharan Infra-EPC currently holds an order book worth ₹260 crore.
