At ELECRAMA 2025 in Noida, Delta launched its D-Bot series Collaborative Robots (Cobots) tailored for India’s smart manufacturing sector. The company also unveiled a 240kW DC fast EV charger, designed to contribute to India’s sustainable cities initiative.
The D-Bot Cobots feature advanced 6-axis functionality with payloads of up to 30 kg and speeds of up to 200 degrees per second. These robots are equipped with safety systems to detect contact and reverse motion, reducing the risk of accidents. They are versatile, supporting tasks in electronics assembly, packaging, materials handling, and welding.
Delta also introduced its 240kW DC Fast EV Charger, developed by Delta India’s R&D team. This charger provides dual-vehicle charging with 95% efficiency and includes OCPP compatibility and wired/4G GSM connectivity options, making it ideal for commercial applications and fleet operators.
In addition, Delta showcased its Industrial Power-protect Transformer-based UPS (IPT series), which features a Zig-zag transformer and advanced PFC converter, along with optional IP43 enclosure protection for industrial environments. Jimmy Yiin, Executive Vice President of Global Business Operations at Delta, emphasized India’s importance as a strategic market for the company. He highlighted Delta’s investment in the Krishnagiri facility, reinforcing their commitment to local manufacturing and innovation.
Delta’s booth at ELECRAMA 2025 features a range of solutions across industrial automation, EV charging, building automation, data centers, and energy infrastructure. The company operates four manufacturing facilities, two R&D centers, and 14 regional offices in India, supported by over 200 channel partners.
Between 2010 and 2023, Delta’s solutions helped customers save an estimated 45.5 billion kWh of electricity globally, reducing carbon emissions by 23.84 million tons. The company has also constructed 35 green buildings and 2 certified green data centers worldwide between 2006 and 2024.
