DCMSCL, DCM Nouvelle Specialty Chemicals, has announced the commencement of commercial operations for BA and DBA. This milestone follows the successful commissioning of their new chemical plant located in DMIC Vikram Udyogpuri, Plot No. 91, 92, and 93, Industrial Township DMIC Vikram Udyogpuri, Village Narvar in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.

With an annual production capacity of up to 11,800 metric tonnes, the newly established manufacturing facility is well-equipped to cater to the increasing demand for the company’s latest offerings. An investment of approximately Rs 85 crore has been made to complete the initial phase of this specialty chemical project.
In the early stages of commercial production, DCMSCL has placed a high priority on Benzylamine (BA) and Dibenzylamine (DBA) as its primary products, both falling into the category of aromatic amines. Additionally, the company is focusing on alkyl amines such as Cyclohexylamine (CHA) and Dicyclohexylamine (DCHA). These products are essential components of DCMSCL’s product portfolio and represent its strategic direction in the chemical industry.
These products have undergone thorough product development and are now prepared for commercial production using a batch process model. Additionally, the company has established a dedicated research and development laboratory for these products, where the development process is currently in progress. This strategic initiative highlights DCM Nouvelle’s unwavering commitment to innovation and expansion within the specialty chemical sector.
