At EMO Hannover 2025, the world’s leading exhibition for production technology, Xiamen DAZAO Machinery Co, Ltd presented a manufacturing model focused on consistency, traceability, and fast qualification—priorities that dominated discussions throughout this year’s event. Held from September 22–26 in Hanover, EMO brought together more than 90,000 manufacturing professionals and 1,850 exhibitors from 45 countries.
Under the theme “Innovate Manufacturing,” the exhibition highlighted the realities facing global producers: rising operational costs, skilled labor shortages, and stricter sustainability standards. Across industries, buyers emphasized the need for suppliers who can deliver complex metal components with stable quality and complete inspection evidence.
DAZAO’s presentation centered on integrating multi-axis machining strategy, material-focused process control, and documentation-driven quality systems to produce components that move efficiently from prototype to serial production. Founded in 2000 and certified to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards, DAZAO supports more than 1,000 customers across over 100 countries. A dedicated rapid-sample division enables prototype shipment within 3–5 working days, helping customers shorten validation cycles.
Seal-critical aluminum watertight enclosure tubes for underwater applications, manufactured with single-setup five-axis machining to maintain ±0.025 mm concentricity across multi-face sealing features. Each unit undergoes pressure testing and full CMM inspection before shipment.
Robotic joint interface components requiring tight tolerances down to ±0.005 mm in critical mating zones. Five-axis simultaneous machining ensures stable geometric relationships across bearing bores and mounting faces, supporting full part interchangeability.
Lightweight aluminum drone frames featuring complex multi-surface geometries and thin-wall structures. Custom fixturing and process optimization maintain coplanarity and positional accuracy within ±0.02 mm, even after surface treatment.
At EMO, multi-axis machining was widely recognized not as premium equipment alone, but as a practical solution for reducing secondary setups, minimizing tolerance stack-up, and improving repeatability in complex parts. DAZAO emphasized that equipment capability must be supported by disciplined process control, optimized parameters for difficult materials such as stainless steel and titanium alloys, and structured inspection procedures.
Each delivery includes comprehensive documentation packages, such as material certificates with heat numbers, CMM dimensional reports, first article inspection records, and compliance documentation. This approach enables customers to approve parts internally with confidence and replicate performance across production batches.
As European manufacturers increasingly evaluate suppliers based on audit-readiness and batch consistency, DAZAO’s system-driven manufacturing model aligns with evolving qualification standards.
