Danfoss India, a global leader in engineering technology for infrastructure, climate, and energy sectors, has introduced a suite of 7 new sustainable products aimed at revolutionizing the HVACR industry. These innovations were launched at ACREX India 2025, one of South Asia’s largest expos dedicated to showcasing cutting-edge technologies in HVACR. The products focus on improving temperature control, energy efficiency, and fluid and gas flow regulation within HVAC systems.

With a strong focus on sustainability, Danfoss India highlights its role as a key partner in driving eco-friendly innovation in the sector. Danfoss India has unveiled a suite of advanced products designed to enhance the performance and sustainability of HVAC systems. Among these new offerings are the P070 Sensor and A2L/A3 Gas Sensors, which are engineered to monitor and detect fluctuations in temperature, pressure, and gas levels within HVAC systems. These sensors play a crucial role in maintaining optimal conditions by providing real-time data, allowing for timely interventions to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

The company has also introduced the EKE100 – SH Controller with Display and the EKE110 – Controller for Vapor & Liquid Injection Systems, both of which are designed to regulate and optimize the flow of fluids, vapors, and liquids in HVAC systems. By controlling these essential elements, these controllers help enhance system performance, ensuring that energy use is minimized while maintaining the required environmental conditions. This contributes to overall operational efficiency and energy savings.

Another key innovation is the ETS5M New Series, which includes thermoelectric temperature controllers for precise regulation of temperatures in various applications. These controllers are vital for industries such as HVACR and other industrial processes, where exact temperature control is essential. The latest version of the ETS5M series provides higher accuracy and better energy efficiency, contributing to the optimization of processes that rely on consistent and reliable temperature management.

Danfoss has also introduced the EV220S Water Solenoid Valves and EVL Solenoid Valves, which are essential for controlling the flow of fluids and gases within HVAC systems. These valves regulate temperature, pressure, and flow rates, ensuring that systems run efficiently and effectively. These valves are integral to the overall functionality of HVAC systems, particularly in applications where precise control of fluid and gas movement is crucial to system performance.

Additionally, the launch includes the Energy Meter and GBC 50. The Energy Meter tracks and monitors energy consumption within HVAC systems, providing valuable insights that help identify areas for potential energy savings. Meanwhile, the GBC 50 is a device designed to regulate and manage electrical energy flow, ensuring that HVAC systems operate at peak efficiency. Together, these products support Danfoss’ ongoing commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency in HVAC applications, offering customers tools to optimize performance, reduce energy consumption, and lower operational costs.

Commenting on the launch, Ravichandran Purushothaman, President of Danfoss India Region, said, “We are excited to advance the ‘Sustainable & Affordable Cooling’ agenda with these groundbreaking HVACR solutions. This is one of our largest multi-product launches, perfectly timed for the ACREX expo, where we could engage with key HVACR stakeholders and highlight our role in supporting India’s climate goals.”

The launch event was attended by key industry leaders, including Sundar Narayanan (Managing Director, Commercial HVAC at Carrier India), M. Muniraju (President, ISHRAE Bengaluru & GM, HVAC Sattva), Arun Ramakrishnan (Director, E Solutions), and Srinivas Kodea (Associate Director, RSP Consultants). Their presence underscored the importance of ACREX India in the HVAC sector.

In addition to the product launch, Danfoss India earned two prestigious accolades at the ACREX India Awards. The Danfoss Bock HG series aluminum body compressors won the award for “Sustainable Design in HVAC Solutions for Mobile Applications,” while the Danfoss IC7 series drives was recognized as the runner-up in Innovation for its advanced motor control and modular scalability. These awards reflect Danfoss’ dedication to pioneering sustainable HVAC solutions.

The new products promise significant benefits, including improved reliability, reduced maintenance costs, and enhanced scalability. They offer features such as real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and optimized system performance, making them ideal for integration with existing HVAC infrastructures. These solutions are designed to drive energy efficiency and sustainability in HVAC systems.

Madhur Sehgal, Head of Danfoss Climate Solutions Sales, India, and Mandar Vaijanapurkar, Head of Danfoss Power Electronics & Drives Sales, Marketing & Services, emphasized that these innovations empower customers to build more efficient, sustainable HVAC systems. “By reducing environmental impact and improving operational efficiency, we are helping our customers meet both their business objectives and sustainability targets.”

These new products also align with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals, promoting a greener approach to HVAC solutions and supporting India’s national sustainability agenda. Anju Mary K, Director of Industry/Public Affairs, External Communication & Sustainability at Danfoss, concluded, “As the climate challenge intensifies, sustainable HVACR solutions are essential. Our newly launched range marks a significant step in our mission to create a clean, green, and energy-efficient future.”
