Cyient DLM Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Arcedo Systems to set up a 500-kilowatt peak (kWp) rooftop solar power plant at its Mysore facility in Karnataka. Under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Cyient DLM will utilize the solar energy generated, while Arcedo Systems will oversee the project’s design, installation, engineering, and maintenance.
The announcement, made through a regulatory filing on December 4, underscores Cyient DLM’s dedication to sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) objectives. The project aims to optimize energy costs and promote renewable energy adoption in industrial operations.
