Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited (“CleanMax”), India’s leading renewable energy solutions provider for the commercial and industrial sector, has announced a strategic partnership with Sangam India Limited to decarbonize its manufacturing operations across Rajasthan. The collaboration involves the development of a hybrid renewable energy project comprising 30 MWp of solar capacity and 20 MW of wind power, supported by a 2 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The project will supply clean energy to five Sangam manufacturing facilities through CleanMax’sBhikamkor hybrid farm under an intra-state group captive structure.
This partnership marks a significant milestone in CleanMax’s expansion strategy in Rajasthan, where the company has already established a strong renewable energy footprint, including projects in Bhikamkor and Bikaner. As of March 31, 2026, CleanMax operates 525 MW of renewable energy capacity in the state, serving a diverse base of industrial and corporate customers.
Rajasthan’s high solar irradiation and favorable wind conditions make it an ideal hub for hybrid renewable energy development. By integrating solar and wind generation with energy storage, the project ensures a stable and reliable power supply across day and night cycles, addressing the energy demands of large-scale industrial operations.
Commenting on the partnership, Kuldeep Jain, Managing Director of CleanMax, stated that the expansion in Rajasthan reflects the company’s long-term strategy of building high-quality renewable assets across key industrial regions. He emphasized that the collaboration with Sangam India strengthens CleanMax’s ability to deliver round-the-clock clean energy solutions.
SR Dakhera, Chief Financial Officer of Sangam India Limited, highlighted that sustainability is central to the company’s growth strategy. He noted that access to hybrid renewable energy will support stable operations while advancing the company’s long-term decarbonization goals.
The project is aligned with progressive regulatory frameworks, including the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission’s Green Energy Open Access Regulations, 2025, which facilitate the adoption of hybrid renewable projects and energy storage solutions. Through initiatives like this, CleanMax continues to reinforce its position as a trusted partner in enabling industries to transition toward net-zero operations, while supporting sustainable growth and energy resilience in India’s manufacturing sector.
