With an initial team of 50 engineers already onboard, CG plans to expand its workforce to 150 engineers over the next two years.
These engineers will possess expertise in Java, Middleware, Embedded Firmware & Hardware, web and mobile development, data engineering, cloud and DevOps, generative AI, and QE. CG’s choice to establish CPIC in Pune, India, reflects its broader strategy to enhance its team’s advanced digital engineering capabilities, as it transitions from a hardware-centric company to a software-driven IoT leader.
