These IMLCs are set to play a crucial role in transforming the state’s industrial and logistical landscape. The initiative is designed to boost infrastructure, attract significant investment, and create thousands of job opportunities. The clusters will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, enhanced road and rail connectivity, and reliable power supply, establishing a robust environment for manufacturing and logistics.
Sanjay Kumar Sinha, Founder and Managing Director of Chaitanya Projects Consultancy, commented, “This project represents a major step forward for Uttar Pradesh’s industrial and logistical development. We are privileged to oversee the creation of these advanced clusters and are committed to achieving excellence. Our focus will be on driving industrial growth, setting new sustainability standards, and improving the quality of life for local communities. This partnership with UPEIDA is set to bring transformative changes and position Uttar Pradesh as a leader in industrial and logistical innovation.”
Chaitanya Projects Consultancy will oversee several critical phases of the project, including developing a comprehensive master plan and project schedule, conducting technical and financial assessments, and creating land zoning plans. The consultancy will also design integrated engineering solutions for infrastructure, such as roads and utilities, and provide project oversight to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
The IMLCs are planned to be self-sustaining hubs with top-tier infrastructure, incorporating smart growth principles within new industrial clusters. The facilities will feature advanced road and rail links for efficient freight movement and will be powered by reliable energy sources. Additionally, quality social infrastructure will support a competitive business environment, aligning with global standards.
