In a significant development for home water systems, CG Pumps has launched SmartSENSE, the country’s first completely wireless and float-free automatic water pump controller. This new technology simplifies water management for households by removing the need for manual wiring and traditional float switches. The SmartSENSE system uses advanced sensors to monitor water levels at both the source and overhead tank without any physical connection between the components. It automatically switches the pump on and off based on water levels, preventing overflow and optimising water usage.
Designed for Indian homes, the SmartSENSE 1 HP model handles a head range of 6 to 50 meters and a discharge rate between 600 to 3300 litres per hour. Its motor is made entirely of copper and features rust-resistant cast iron parts, ensuring durability and reliable performance in various conditions. The system is built to promote efficient use of power and water through intelligent automation.
