Cellecor Gadgets Limited, a rapidly growing Indian brand in the consumer electronics and home appliances sector, is set to introduce a new series of Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machines in May 2025. This product expansion is part of Cellecor’s broader strategy to address the increasing demand for household appliances in regions beyond metropolitan areas, particularly in Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities, semi-urban zones, and fast-growing rural markets—collectively referred to as Bharat 2.0.

As electricity access improves and incomes rise in these regions, the appetite for modern, cost-effective home appliances is expanding. The Indian washing machine market, valued at around ₹25,000 crore in 2024, is expected to grow at a rate of 6.5% annually, with non-metro areas contributing significantly to this upward trend. Cellecor’s strong distribution base in these markets positions the company to take advantage of this shift in consumer demand.

Developed in collaboration with Dixon Technologies, a leading electronics manufacturing company in India, Cellecor’s upcoming range will include 7 kg and 8 kg capacity models suited for small and mid-sized families. These machines are designed with reliability, simplicity, and functionality in mind. The partnership ensures local production, adherence to high-quality standards, and competitive pricing that makes the machines accessible to a wide customer base.

“Our goal is to bring reliable, easy-to-use appliances to households across India—not only in major cities but in the rapidly progressing Bharat 2.0 as well,” said Ravi Agarwal, Founder and Managing Director of Cellecor Gadgets Ltd. “Our collaboration with Dixon Technologies allows us to combine advanced manufacturing capabilities with a deep understanding of consumer needs in these regions.”

The new washing machines will be available through Cellecor’s retail network, authorized dealer counters, exclusive brand outlets, large-format stores, and major online platforms. This launch marks a significant step in Cellecor’s efforts to strengthen its presence in the home appliances market. It also supports the company’s broader mission to reduce the technology gap between urban and rural India by offering locally made, affordable, and practical solutions.

Founded in 2012 as M/s Unity Communications by Ravi Agarwal, Cellecor began its journey by sourcing and selling electronic products under its own brand. Over time, the company has built a reputation for offering quality electronics at accessible prices, spanning categories such as mobile phones, smart TVs, audio devices, smart wearables, and now washing machines. With its focus on innovation and market reach, Cellecor continues to play a leading role in making modern technology more accessible across India.
