Jindal Aluminium Limited, India’s leading producer of aluminium extruded products, recently marked the second anniversary of its Bhiwadi operations. The company successfully acquired Indo Alusys Industries Limited Bhiwadi assets for INR 100 crore and commenced production in January 2022.
Over the past two years, Jindal Aluminium has revamped the 1,02,000 sq m campus into a cutting-edge manufacturing facility, investing approximately INR 300 crores. The company employs advanced production techniques to ensure operational efficiency and precision. This strategic acquisition has bolstered Jindal Aluminium’s total extrusion capacity by 40%, reaching 1,50,000 TPA. Initially producing 500 tonnes per month, the newly acquired plant now churns out an impressive 2500 tonnes of engineered Aluminium monthly at Bhiwadi, showcasing a remarkable turnaround.
The company has significantly upgraded the plant’s infrastructure by adding a new foundry, extrusion presses, heat treatment, and surface treatment facilities, including anodizing and powder-coating. Several other infrastructure developments have been undertaken to enhance customer service, employee welfare, and the local ecosystem.

Jindal Aluminium has significantly impacted the employment landscape by creating over 1000 jobs through its Bhiwadi facility.
