Infrastructure construction company Ceigall India has announced securing contracts totaling Rs 1,042 crore for the development of the Kanpur Central Bus Terminal and the Bhubaneshwar Metro Project-Phase I.
According to a statement from the Ludhiana-based firm, the Bhubaneshwar Metro Project in Odisha will involve building an extensive metro rail network aimed at enhancing regional connectivity, easing traffic congestion, and promoting economic growth. The project is expected to be completed within three years and is anticipated to significantly improve urban mobility, reduce traffic, and enhance air quality in the region.
In Uttar Pradesh, the Kanpur Central Bus Terminal project will include the construction of a state-of-the-art bus terminal and a comprehensive commercial complex. This project is expected to be completed in two years and is aimed at boosting public transportation infrastructure, fostering economic development, and revitalizing urban areas.
Commenting on these developments, Ceigall India Managing Director Ramneek Sehgal stated, “These orders will undoubtedly propel the company to new levels of growth and success, marking the emergence of Ceigall 2.0.”
