CCI Group, a leading provider of integrated logistics services in India, has announced a ₹227 crore investment in the development of a Grade-A logistics park in Sohna-Silani, Gurugram. This project will cover around 9.5 lakh square feet and aims to meet the rising demand for high-quality industrial and warehousing spaces in the region, further solidifying CCI Group’s presence in India’s logistics sector. The facility is strategically located near key national trade corridors, enhancing its accessibility to major consumption hubs in the Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, and parts of Western Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.

The location of the Sohna-Silani site offers excellent connectivity, being just a few kilometers away from major expressways like the Delhi-Noida-Direct Flyway, Mumbai-Delhi Expressway, Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway, and the Western Peripheral Expressway. This prime positioning ensures that the logistics park will serve a wide range of industries such as e-commerce, retail, FMCG, automotive, manufacturing, and third-party logistics, enabling faster delivery times, reduced operational costs, and better last-mile logistics.

Designed to cater to the growing need for scalable warehouse infrastructure, the Sohna-Silani facility features a 12-meter clear height, FM2-grade flooring, multiple cross-dock loading points, and wide internal roads to ensure efficient vehicle circulation. Its flexible, modular design allows the space to be customized for the diverse needs of various businesses, making it a versatile and adaptive solution for the logistics industry.

The facility also incorporates sustainability and safety measures throughout its design and operations. It is solar-ready and integrates features such as passive ventilation, energy-efficient lighting, rainwater harvesting, and green landscaping. The site is designed to minimize water waste through a dedicated Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), and the treated water will be reused for landscaping and fire safety systems. Additionally, the facility includes robust firefighting systems, including foam-based sprinklers and hydrants, ensuring both operational safety and environmental sustainability.

This development will create over 300 direct construction jobs and more than 250 indirect jobs in logistics operations, security, and support services. CCI Group plans to work closely with local authorities to introduce skill development programs in areas like sustainable construction and industrial operations. Satish Sharma, Executive Director of CCI Group, emphasized that the project aligns with the increasing demand for institutional-grade warehousing in India and reflects the company’s long-term commitment to infrastructure-driven growth in the logistics sector. The Sohna-Silani facility represents a key step in CCI Group’s strategy to establish a nationwide network of modern distribution centers.
