CASE Construction Equipment has officially commenced production of its latest line of machines that meet India’s updated emission norms for construction vehicles. The first of these advanced units recently rolled off the assembly line at the company’s Pithampur plant.

This new range features upgraded vibratory compactors—952 NX, 450 NX, and the enhanced 1107 NX—as well as a refreshed series of loader backhoes, including the 770 NX, 770 NX Magnum, and 851 NX models. All machines are powered by FPT’s new-generation F28 engines, delivering compliance with the latest environmental standards while boosting fuel economy and operational performance. Key upgrades include improved cabin ergonomics, user-friendly digital controls, increased visibility, and enhanced safety systems—aimed at elevating the overall operator experience.

Emre Karazli, Vice President of CASE’s Construction Segment for Asia-Pacific, emphasized the strategic importance of the launch. “India continues to rise as a central player in global construction manufacturing and innovation. With these advanced machines, we’re reinforcing our commitment to sustainable technology and integrating our Indian operations further into our international supply chain.”

Shalabh Chaturvedi, Managing Director for CASE India and SAARC, added that this rollout brings equipment previously produced for global markets into India, offering local customers access to high-performance machines that meet international quality and environmental benchmarks.

The company views this development as a significant step toward supporting India’s infrastructure expansion with machinery that aligns with global sustainability standards. Part of CNH Industrial, CASE Construction has been active in India since 1989 and holds a strong position in the compactor and backhoe loader segments. Its Pithampur facility serves as a global manufacturing hub, exporting equipment to over 100 countries.

The shift to the latest emission standards reflects India’s growing focus on reducing the environmental impact of off-highway vehicles, aligning the country with international practices to curb pollution from construction machinery.
