BTL EPC Ltd, a leading company of the Shrachi Group, has announced the acquisition of MBE Coal & Mineral Technology India Pvt. Ltd. (MBE-CMT), formerly Humboldt Wedag India. This strategic acquisition marks a significant step in BTL EPC Ltd.’s growth, with MBE-CMT now integrated as a new unit within the company.

MBE-CMT is renowned for its expertise in manufacturing key equipment such as centrifuges, crushers, screens, and feeders, which are essential in bulk material handling and beneficiation processes. The addition of MBE-CMT’s advanced manufacturing capabilities enhances BTL EPC Ltd.’s position in the product business sector.

As part of the acquisition, BTL EPC Ltd. gains access to MBE-CMT’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Kharagpur, an industrial hub known for its excellent connectivity. The facility’s advanced infrastructure and expansive space for future growth provide an excellent foundation for expanding BTL EPC Ltd.’s product range and delivering innovative, high-quality solutions.

This acquisition aligns with BTL EPC Ltd.’s long-term strategy to diversify and grow its operations. By integrating MBE-CMT’s technology and expertise, the company enhances its capabilities in bulk material handling and mineral beneficiation, including centrifuge, crusher, screen, and feeder technologies.
