Bosch Limited, a global leader in technology and services, has introduced a new line of hand tools designed for professionals and artisans, alongside a series of advanced industrial tools aimed at optimizing assembly line operations. These new products are crafted to improve efficiency, precision, and the overall user experience across industrial and professional environments.
Nishant Sinha, Regional President of Bosch India’s Power Tools Division, shared, “At Bosch, we focus on equipping professionals and artisans with tools that offer exceptional performance, durability, and safety. Our expanded range of hand tools is tailored to meet the needs of high-voltage environments and heavy-duty applications, ensuring long-lasting use. Additionally, we’re launching industrial tools that simplify assembly line processes, specifically for industries like automotive manufacturing and heavy engineering, featuring innovative, productivity-enhancing capabilities.”
Bosch is entering the hand tools market with a comprehensive portfolio designed to cater to the needs of artisans, craftsmen, and professionals. The initial collection includes over 100 products such as pliers, screwdrivers, ratchet sets, wrenches, hammers, saws, knives, spirit levels, and more, with plans for continued expansion. Alongside this, Bosch has introduced a VDE-certified hand tool range, safe for use up to 1,000V. This includes high-performance pliers for gripping, cutting, and bending wires, ergonomic screwdrivers for precision electrical work, and durable hammers designed for improved user protection, reducing fatigue and enhancing task accuracy.
This robust collection is particularly beneficial for professionals working in power distribution, industrial maintenance, and high-voltage installations. The newly introduced Industrial Tools, or I-Series Tools, are designed to streamline assembly line operations.
These tools feature advanced torque presetting capabilities that ensure precise and consistent fastening, minimizing human error and improving product quality. Additionally, the integration of NFC-based HMI locks prevents unauthorized setting changes, ensuring secure operations and system integrity.
By eliminating the traditional two-step tightening process, these tools help minimize downtime and provide up to five times longer tool life, making them ideal for industries such as automotive, electronics assembly, and heavy engineering. Bosch’s commitment to safety and reliability is reflected in the integration of advanced technologies that enable professionals to work more efficiently and confidently, all while maintaining high standards of safety.
