Bosch has introduced a new range of cordless hydraulic tools to its Professional 18V System, designed to enhance efficiency and flexibility for electricians. The lineup includes the GPH 18V-60 Professional crimping tool, GKH 18V-50 Professional cutting tool, and GLH 18V-60 Professional punching tool—all engineered for seamless integration within the 18V platform. These additions allow tradespeople to switch effortlessly between screwdrivers, saws, angle grinders, and hydraulic tools, optimizing workflow.

These hydraulic tools are compatible with the Bosch Professional 18V System and the multi-brand AmpShare alliance, enabling users to work with a single battery system across multiple brands—saving time, space, and costs. Each tool features a durable cordless hydraulic system with a long maintenance interval of 20,000 cycles, minimizing downtime. A status LED at the tool base alerts users in advance of required maintenance, ensuring consistent performance.

Professionals can document crimping, cutting, or punching processes via a USB-C output, verifying key details such as force levels (60 kN for crimping and punching) and cycle counts. The free read-out software allows easy tracking of tool parameters, error messages, and performance history.

Designed for comfort and versatility, Bosch’s latest tools come equipped with features that enhance usability and efficiency. Each tool boasts an ergonomic grip for secure handling, 360-degree rotating heads (340 degrees for the crimping tool) to improve access in tight spaces, and an integrated LED light for better visibility. Additionally, an on/off switch and manual pressure release provide added control, ensuring precision and ease of use.

For optimal performance, Bosch recommends using these tools with a ProCore18V 4.0 Ah battery, which ensures the ideal balance of runtime, power, and weight. This combination maximizes efficiency while minimizing user fatigue, making the tools reliable for long-duration tasks.

This high-performance crimping tool is designed to crimp copper and aluminum cables up to 300 mm² with a constant 60 kN force, monitored by an electronic sensor for precision. It features an automatic piston return and an LED status confirmation after crimping, ensuring every job is completed with accuracy. A range of high-quality crimping dies is available to accommodate various cable sizes, making it a versatile choice for professionals.

Built for clean and efficient cuts, this tool effortlessly slices through copper and aluminum cables (Class 2 & 5) up to 40 mm in diameter. Its hardened steel blades provide precise, burr-free cuts, while the automatic jaw opening after each cut enhances workflow efficiency and helps protect the tool from excessive wear.

Designed for hole punching in metal, this tool delivers nearly burr-free holes in steel (up to 3 mm) and stainless steel (up to 2.5 mm) with a powerful 60 kN force. It works seamlessly with Bosch punches to create holes up to 47 mm in diameter, making it an essential tool for professionals who require precision and speed in metalworking applications.

The GPH 18V-60, GKH 18V-50, and GLH 18V-60 Professional tools are now available for purchase. Prices are recommended retail prices (excluding VAT). With these latest innovations, Bosch continues to simplify workflows for electricians, combining power, precision, and convenience in its Professional 18V System.
