The project entails designing, supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning smart solar street light systems, along with a comprehensive five-year maintenance contract featuring remote monitoring capabilities.
The solar street lights will be installed on existing electric poles across Bihar, with the project scheduled for completion within 18 months of the agreement’s execution. This initiative aims to enhance rural lighting infrastructure using renewable energy, promoting sustainability in the state.
