Bondada Engineering Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the development of a 100 MW hybrid renewable energy project in Assam, under the UNNATI Scheme. The initiative involves an investment of ₹450 crore. This initiative reflects the company’s commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions and contributing to the state’s green energy goals.
The MoU was exchanged by Dr Bondada Raghavendra Rao, Chairman and Managing Director of Bondada Engineering, and Ranoj Pegu, Assam’s Minister of Education, Welfare of Plain Tribe & Backward Classes, during the Advantage Assam 2.0 Summit 2025 in Hyderabad. Managed by Bondada Renewable Energy Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, this project represents a significant milestone in enhancing renewable energy infrastructure in Assam, further cementing Bondada’s leadership in sustainable energy projects.
