Bondada Engineering Limited, a Hyderabad-based engineering and infrastructure solutions provider, has marked its listing on the Main Board of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) with a bell-ringing ceremony in Mumbai. Held under the theme “Bondada: The Next Horizon”, the event represents a significant milestone in the company’s capital markets journey and its plans to expand across infrastructure and renewable energy.

The listing follows the company’s progression from the SME Platform of BSE Limited to the main boards of India’s leading stock exchanges. Bondada Engineering received in-principle approval for migration to the BSE Main Board on 9 September 2026 and from NSE on 14 October 2026. NSE granted listing approval on 27 October 2026.

Commenting on the milestone, Dr Bondada Raghavendra Rao, Chairman and Managing Director of Bondada Group, said, “Our listing on the Main Board of NSE marks a defining milestone in Bondada Engineering’s journey since its incorporation in 2012. Over the years, we have worked towards building a strong foundation, expanding our engineering capabilities and strengthening our presence across key infrastructure sectors. Reaching this milestone reflects the collective efforts of our employees, the trust of our shareholders and the continued support of our customers and partners.” He added that the company would focus on strengthening its business, pursuing emerging opportunities in infrastructure and renewable energy, and creating sustainable, long-term value for stakeholders.

Bondada Engineering’s expansion is supported by its recent financial performance and growing project pipeline. For FY2025–26, the company reported consolidated revenue of ₹2,843 crore, an increase of 81% year-on-year. As of 27 October 2026, its order book stood at ₹10,446 crore, providing visibility into future project execution.

The company’s operations cover engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), renewable energy and solar power infrastructure, telecommunications infrastructure, railway infrastructure, operations and maintenance (O&M), and manufacturing-related activities. These capabilities position the company to serve a range of infrastructure requirements while pursuing opportunities in India’s evolving energy sector.

The transition to the NSE Main Board is expected to strengthen Bondada Engineering’s profile in the capital markets, expand its reach among investors and support its longer-term growth ambitions. The company intends to build on its project execution experience, broaden its operational capabilities and pursue opportunities across its core business segments.

The “Bondada: The Next Horizon” theme reflects the company’s stated focus on translating its engineering expertise, expanding order book and sector opportunities into sustained business growth. As it enters this new phase, Bondada Engineering aims to strengthen its market presence, execute its project pipeline and create long-term value for shareholders, customers, employees and other stakeholders.
