Bodor Laser has achieved a significant manufacturing landmark with the completion of its 10,000th laser cutting machine of 2025 at the company’s DreamSpace Super Factory. The unit, part of the high-performance M Series tube laser cutting range, has successfully cleared production, inspection, and functional validation and is now prepared for shipment to international markets.

The milestone highlights Bodor Laser’s sustained focus on scalable smart manufacturing and disciplined quality systems. From the first machine produced this year to the 10,000th, the company has demonstrated its capability to expand advanced manufacturing operations while preserving consistency in performance, dependability, and delivery timelines—strengthening its reputation among customers across the globe.

The rollout also confirms that the 74,000-square-metre DreamSpace Super Factory is operating at steady, high-efficiency levels. Conceived as a fully integrated production hub, the facility brings together continuous assembly lines and modular manufacturing processes, enabling seamless coordination across stages and reliable output at volume.

According to Lu Guohao, Head of the President’s Office at Bodor Laser, the emphasis at DreamSpace is on synchronised production and stable capacity to ensure dependable manufacturing performance. By the end of the year, the factory is expected to run over ten production lines, achieving a monthly output of more than 1,000 machines. The site also houses an R&D and pilot production centre, along with ultra-clean workshops dedicated to the precision manufacture of critical components such as laser sources and cutting heads.

Operational efficiency at DreamSpace is driven by lean manufacturing principles, optimised plant layouts, intelligent management platforms, and digital process controls. Together, these elements have strengthened internal logistics, standardised workflows, and significantly improved overall productivity.

Quality assurance remains embedded across the entire product lifecycle through a closed-loop, digital quality management system. Automation and intelligent software support real-time process monitoring and corrective action. Quality control begins at the design stage under an Integrated Product Development framework, with each machine subjected to stringent checks including cleanroom optical assembly, extended endurance trials, and performance testing across wide temperature ranges.

All inspection and performance data are consolidated within Bodor Laser’s QMS platform, ensuring complete traceability and ongoing refinement. Equipped with advanced four-chuck configurations and parallel dual-process machining, the M Series delivers enhanced efficiency and improved material utilisation. The rollout of the 10,000th machine reinforces Bodor Laser’s strategy of combining intelligent manufacturing with end-to-end quality control, supporting its continued growth and expansion in global markets.
