Bisleri International has entered into a formal partnership with the Indian Army’s Manekshaw Centre in Delhi Cantonment, launching a collaborative effort under its environmental initiative, Bottles For Change. The agreement was officially signed by Angelo George, CEO of Bisleri International, along with the Director of the Manekshaw Centre and senior Army personnel.
As part of the initiative, plastic waste generated at the Manekshaw Centre will be collected by the Bottles For Change team and sent for recycling. This partnership aims to support the Centre’s ongoing efforts to reduce environmental impact and manage plastic waste responsibly.
Mr George remarked, “It’s a privilege to join hands with the Manekshaw Centre, an institution that stands for discipline and national service. Through this collaboration, we are taking a step toward building a more sustainable plastic management system. This initiative is a reflection of our shared commitment to responsible environmental practices.”
Located in Delhi Cantonment, the Manekshaw Centre is a landmark facility spread over 25 acres. Known for hosting both military and civilian events, it represents the heritage and core values of the Indian Army. This new partnership reinforces Bisleri’s efforts to advance sustainability in partnership with institutions that have a broad social and civic impact.
