Biggen Aerospace, a subsidiary of Biggen Technologies and a prominent player in the defense and aerospace sectors, made a notable impact at the Tarang Shakti 2024 exhibition held at Sulur Air Force Base in Coimbatore.

The three-day event, inaugurated by Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi, drew key figures from the Army, Air Force, defense sectors, and international representatives from countries like the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Spain.

Tarang Shakti 2024, an international defense and aviation exhibition, showcased a wide range of military equipment, spare parts, and aviation technology across 62 halls, highlighting cutting-edge advancements in aircraft, unmanned air systems, and long-range glide bombs, among other critical defense technologies.

Biggen Aerospace, headquartered in Bangalore with a branch office in Coimbatore, stood out for its innovative Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). At Tarang Shakti 2024, the company unveiled two new helicopter UAV models, designed for high-altitude operations and capable of carrying payloads of 7kg and 12kg. These UAVs boast a range of 85 kilometers and speeds between 75 and 100 km/h, even at high altitudes.

These advanced UAVs are engineered for essential tasks such as combating forest fires, delivering supplies to areas hit by landslides, and supporting search and rescue missions in challenging terrains. The robust design and capabilities of these UAVs garnered significant interest from international delegates, including those from France, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

Adarsh, Director of Biggen Technologies, emphasized the strategic role of these UAVs in both emergency and military operations, stating, “Our UAV helicopters are specifically designed to assist in defense, army operations, and medicine, particularly in high-altitude environments, making them invaluable for modern military and emergency missions.”

Biggen Technologies is also developing a groundbreaking helicopter UAV capable of lifting a 100kg payload, set to enhance disaster response efforts by swiftly delivering critical supplies like medicine and food to disaster-stricken areas. The company is actively seeking investments and partnerships to further its impact in defense logistics, commercial sectors, and automation.

Biggen Technologies is expanding its portfolio with the launch of ATOMS “Automation & Sound,” a new brand focused on delivering innovative automation and audio solutions. An experience center to showcase these products is planned to open soon in Bangalore, marking a significant step in the company’s growth trajectory. Adarsh expressed pride in participating in the expo alongside the Indian Air Force, reiterating the company’s dedication to innovation and addressing the complex challenges of today and tomorrow.
